1.1 . These Rules for staying at the Norilsk Hotel (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) are binding on all guests without exception staying on the territory of the Norilsk Hotel (hereinafter referred to as the Hotel). The Guest is obliged to familiarize himself with these Rules. The conclusion of a contract for the provision of services is a confirmation that the guest is familiar with these Rules, fully agrees with them and undertakes to comply with them, bearing the risk of adverse consequences in case of their violation.
Information about the Hotel’s name, location, operating hours, and emergency phone numbers is available on the Hotel’s official website and on information boards located in the Hotel’s reception area. The list of services, the price list for services provided, these Rules, the Guest Book, and other information required in accordance with Russian Federation law are also available there.
1.2. To ensure guest safety, video surveillance is in place throughout and within the Hotel, with the exception of guest rooms, bathrooms and showers, individual changing rooms, and locker rooms.
1.3. Responsibility for the consequences that have arisen on the territory of the Hotel due to ignorance and / or non-compliance with these Rules and / or instructions (rules), pictograms installed on the territory of the Hotel, is the responsibility of the guest.
1.4. When visiting the Hotel by children under 18 years of age, parents or accompanying person(s) over 18 years of age are responsible.
1.5. The hotel is not responsible for the guest’s belongings that are not deposited for storage in the prescribed manner.
2.1. Carry, store, use explosive, flammable and poisonous substances, fire supplies, pyrotechnics, etc.
2.2. Smoking (including electronic cigarettes) in all areas and on the territory of the Hotel, with the exception of specially designated smoking areas.
2.3. Violation of public order, leaving children unattended.
2.4. Causing harm to life and health of guests, hotel staff, damage to their property.
2.5. Use of infrastructure Hotels for other purposes, use of faulty equipment, own heating devices.
2.6. Carrying out any actions aimed at showing discrimination and disrespect on the basis of differences in nationality, religion, age, social status or other characteristics.
2.7. Unauthorized relocation from room to room, leaving unauthorized persons in the room in their absence, rearranging the furniture in the room.
2.8. Accommodation with pets, without notifying the Hotel staff.
2.9. Independent production of repair of equipment and communication systems.
2.10. Independent placement of inscriptions, announcements, promotional materials.
2.11. Transfer the room key to unauthorized persons.
3.1. Comply with these Rules, other rules and instructions in force in the Hotel, the legal requirements of the staff.
3.2. Do not create threats to the life and health of other guests, staff and third parties by your actions.
3.3. Take care of the property of the Hotel and third parties. When leaving the room, turn off electrical appliances, water taps and close windows.
3.4. Report all existing diseases that pose a danger to himself, as well as to the health and safety of other guests, third parties.
3.5. Maintain constant supervision of children.
3.6. Compensate for the damage caused to the property of the Hotel and / or third parties.
3.7. Immediately inform the staff about all malfunctions and equipment failures, ownerless, suspicious items, emergencies. In the event of a fire, the resident must immediately call 101 to the fire department and inform the administrator by phone 100, + 7 (3919) 34-99-30.
3.8. In the event of an emergency, not succumbing to panic, clearly follow the commands of the Hotel staff.
3.9. At the end of your stay at the Hotel, hand over to the staff in good condition the room, its equipment, keys.
4.1. Deny access to the Hotel and/or terminate the provision of services without any compensation to persons:
4.2. Demand compensation for damage caused to the property of the Hotel by the actions of the guest.
These Rules are developed in accordance with the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, the Law of the Russian Federation of 07.02.1992 No. 2300-1 “On the Protection of Consumer Rights”, the Federal Law of 24.11.1996 N 132-FZ “On the Basics of Tourist Activities in the Russian Federation”, the Rules provision of hotel services in the Russian Federation, approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated November 18, 2020 No. 1853 (hereinafter referred to as the Rules).
Hotel accommodations are charged according to a standard checkout time—12:00 PM local time. For stays of less than 24 hours, a full day’s fee is charged, regardless of the checkout time.
For stays of no more than a day (24 hours), the fee is charged per day, regardless of the checkout time. The Contractor, taking into account local peculiarities, has the right to change the single checkout time.
– Check-in at the hotel for minors under the age of 14 is carried out on the basis of identity documents of their parents (adoptive parents, guardians), accompanying person (persons) who are with them, provided that such accompanying person (persons) provides the consent of legal representatives (one of them).
– Check-in at the hotel of minors who have reached the age of 14, in the absence of being next to them by legal representatives, is carried out on the basis of identity documents of these minors, subject to the consent of legal representatives (one of them).
Registration of a foreign citizen at the place of stay in the hotel and deregistration at the place of stay is carried out in accordance with the Rules for the implementation of migration registration of foreign citizens in the Russian Federation, approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of January 15, 2007. No. 9 “On the procedure for the implementation of migration registration of foreign citizens and stateless persons in the Russian Federation”.
